Driver's age and driver's license

Cars are rented to people who are at least 23 years old and have a category B driver's license, with a driving experience of at least 3 years. International permits are accepted only on presentation of the passport. Driving licenses from the European Union, Russia, CIS, USA and Canada are accepted.

- Compliance with the traffic rules of the Republic of Cyprus.
- The car can only be driven by the person who signed the car rental contract (if an additional driver is not specified in the contract).
- The car can only be used for personal purposes, and the use of the transport for commercial purposes is prohibited (for example as a taxi or the transport of passengers).
- The customer undertakes to drive only on public roads.
- To carry as many passengers as there are seats in the car.
- Compliance with the rules for operating the car, provided by the manufacturer.
- To park the car in the authorized parking lot and not to leave it unattended.
- In the event of a road accident, notify the company representative, the police, the fire brigade and other competent bodies. Respectively, to take all necessary measures to preserve personal safety and to minimize damage to the car.
- It is strictly forbidden to leave the territory of the Republic of Cyprus without notifying the company.

- The payment for the transport rent is made at the time of signing the contract. By signing the contract, the lessee undertakes to pay the full amount for the entire rental period indicated in the contract at the time of its signing. Payment is made through the Visa or MasterCard electronic framework, or other credit cards.

- The customer undertakes to leave a pledge of 500, 200 or 0 (zero) euros depending on the insurance. When booking the car, specify the type of insurance you want. The pledge returns when the contract expires. The pledge is not compensated only in case of damage to the car due to the customer's fault.

- The minimum term of car rental is 3 days.
- Online and phone bookings are accepted, as well as Viber and Whatsapp.
- The letter you receive when booking the car on the website is not a letter confirming the booking. Wait until the operator contacts you and confirms the booking.

- If the car is not returned within the term established in the contract, a fee is provided:
- €5 for the first hour of delay;
- €7 for each hour for the next 3 hours of delay;
-Delay exceeding the 3-hour deadline is considered a full day's rent;
- The delay that exceeds the 4-hour deadline without notifying the company entails a complaint to the appropriate authorities regarding the theft of the car.
- The extension of the contract in case of necessity is carried out on the conditions previously provided: the price remains unchanged, it is only necessary to establish the date of signing the contract.

- After signing the contract, the company undertakes to provide the car in adequate technical condition.
- After signing the contract, hand over the documents and car keys.

All our cars are fully insured CASCO and against theft. The price includes all taxes and technical overhaul. The customer can benefit from additional insurance for an additional payment. The standard insurance is minimal, all the rest are additional and can be included according to the customer's wish. For example: travel insurance, deductible insurance, green card, medical insurance for Schengen visas. AWESOME! The client is not released from responsibility in cases where: the lessee intentionally caused an accident, was in a state of intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic substances, or did not respect the rules of road traffic and the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

- The car is offered without pledge to permanent customers
at the rental term of 10 days.
- Permanent customers can receive a discount between 5%-20%
- We offer as a bonus for loyal customers a free child seat, GPS navigator, internet card.

- We draw your attention to the fact that the image seen is an example of the transport. All orders (with the exception of guaranteed models) are made for transport categories, but not for a specific type of automobile.
- Economy class, Medium class, Cars for families, Business class.

- Leaving the territory of the country is prohibited.
- Leaving the territory of the rented car in North Cyprus is prohibited.

An additional fee of €20 is charged for receiving the reserved car outside the schedule or during the night.
